IBPS Specialist Officer
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is a self-regulating agency which conducts a common written test or Recruitment of the Specialist Officer in public-sector and nationalized banks.
Candidates are recruited as Specialist officer in various banks for the different positions like
IT Officer Law Officer Rajbhasha Adhikari Agriculture field Officer HR/Personnel Officer Marketing Office
Nationality
- An Applicant must be either – A Citizen of India or
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan or
- A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
- A person who has migrated from East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
- A applicant belonging to categories (ii), (iii) and (iv) above shall be a person in favor of whose a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
Age Limit
- An Applicant should not have been born earlier than 2.11. 1987 and not later than 1.11.1997 (both dates inclusive)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
- A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.
- 4 year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Dairy Science/ Agri. Engineering/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri Marketing & Cooperation/ Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Co-operation & Banking/ Agroforestry/Forestry/ Agriculture Business Management/ Food Technology/ Dairy Technology / Agricultural Biotechnology/ Food Science/.
- Graduate and Full-time PG degree or Full-time PG Diploma in Industrial Relations/ HR/HRD/ Social Work / Personnel Management / Labor Law.
- 4 year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Electronics & Instrumentation OR
- Post Graduate Degree in Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Computer Applications / Information Technology OR
- Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level
- PG Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level OR
- PG degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the 3 Graduation level.
- Graduate and Full time MBA (Marketing) / Full time 2 years PGDBA / MMS (Marketing) / PGDBM with specialization in Marketing .
